This form used for guest speakers, masterclass presenters, etc. To use this form, the individual must be a U.S. Citizen, and not on payroll with the University of Maryland.
New Initiative Proposal
Used to propose new School of Music projects, programs, and events.
Travel Authorization
Used to request approval from Division Chair and Director for travel that results in campus absence.
