Scott A. Trudell is the author of Unwritten Poetry: Song, Performance, and Media in Early Modern England (Oxford University Press, 2019), winner of the Roland H. Bainton Prize for Literature. His research focuses on early modern poetry, drama, music, and performance cultures, with interests in media studies, gender and sexuality studies, and trans studies.
