School of Music event cancellations from March 11 through April 12.

In light of President Loh’s recent announcement on the rapidly evolving coronavirus—which includes information around UMD’s temporary move to online teaching and remote work, cancellation of non-essential events and meetings—there are changes to The Clarice’s performance schedule starting today, March 11 through Sunday, April 12, 2020.

Performances and events scheduled during the above mentioned dates are canceled.

If you have a ticket to any of these performances, you will receive a separate email from The Clarice Ticket Office with information about returns and refunds. For questions or concerns, please email: tickets-theclarice@umd.edu or call 301.405.2787.

The Clarice Ticket Office will be closed for Spring Break March 14 through 22, 2020, and will reopen Monday, March 23, 2020 at noon.

As the university is not closing, staff will report to work either in person or via telework.

We also regret to share that Maryland Day 2020 is canceled.

As President Loh notes, the health, safety and well-being of our campus community are our utmost priorities. We will continue to closely monitor the COVID-19 outbreak and provide updates about performances and events for the remainder of the season as soon as possible.

Thank you for your support, and please stay tuned for additional updates from the University of Maryland campus, The Clarice and the School of Music.
